Au\u00dferdem gibt es in der Stadt zahlreiche Einrichtungen entlang der K\u00fcste, die viele Bars, Restaurants usw. bietet. Ein Bus f\u00fchrt nach S\u00fcden zu den <em><strong>Cancelli<\/strong><\/em>, wo die Str\u00e4nde angenehmer sind (es gibt freie Bereiche zwischen den kostenpflichtigen Zonen).<\/p>\n<div class=\"su-note\"  style=\"border-color:#dedbd0;border-radius:3px;-moz-border-radius:3px;-webkit-border-radius:3px;\"><div class=\"su-note-inner su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\" style=\"background-color:#f8f5ea;border-color:#ffffff;color:#333333;border-radius:3px;-moz-border-radius:3px;-webkit-border-radius:3px;\">\n<h3>Wie kommt man dorthin?<\/h3>\n<p>Nehmen Sie den Zug ROMA LIDO in Richtung \u201eLido di Ostia\u201c, zum Beispiel vom Bahnhof PIRAMIDE OSTIENSE (an der Metrolinie B).<br \/>Danach gibt es zwei M\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr die Haltestelle:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>F\u00fcr den n\u00e4chstgelegenen Strand: Steigen Sie an der Station \u201eStella Polare\u201c aus und laufen Sie etwa 10 Minuten nach S\u00fcden. Mehrere Str\u00e4nde sind frei zug\u00e4nglich, andere sind kostenpflichtig.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00fcr sch\u00f6nere Str\u00e4nde: Steigen Sie an der Endstation C. Colombo aus und nehmen Sie den Bus 07: \u201eTorvajanica, Linie 07 Mare\u201c. Dieser Bus h\u00e4lt an den verschiedenen \u201eCancelli\u201c (von 1 bis 7), den Zug\u00e4ngen zu den Str\u00e4nden, die etwa alle 500 Meter aufeinanderfolgen. Viele Strandabschnitte sind kostenpflichtig, um sich niederzulassen, aber es gibt auch freie Bereiche ohne Einrichtungen. Capocotta, einer der Favoriten der R\u00f6mer, ist auch ein FKK-Strand.<\/div><\/div><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">S\u00dcD-OST<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n<h2>Str\u00e4nde von Ostia nach Anzio und Nettuno<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Stra\u00dfe f\u00fchrt an langen Sandstr\u00e4nden und D\u00fcnen entlang, darunter auch die von Capocotta bei Ostia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<p>Les <strong>Grotte di Neron *<\/strong>, in <strong>Anzio<\/strong>, am Fu\u00dfe des Cap d&#8217;Anzio und der r\u00f6mischen Kaiservilla, ist ein sch\u00f6ner Strand mit alten H\u00f6hlen und Ruinen. In Anzio landeten die Amerikaner.<\/p>\n<p>In der N\u00e4he befindet sich Nettuno, ein altes Zentrum.<\/p>\n<div class=\"su-note\"  style=\"border-color:#dedbd0;border-radius:3px;-moz-border-radius:3px;-webkit-border-radius:3px;\"><div class=\"su-note-inner su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\" style=\"background-color:#f8f5ea;border-color:#ffffff;color:#333333;border-radius:3px;-moz-border-radius:3px;-webkit-border-radius:3px;\">Anfahrt mit dem Zug: Sie k\u00f6nnen in etwa einer Stunde mit einem direkten Regionalzug von Rom Termini zum Bahnhof Anzio oder Nettuno gelangen. <\/div><\/div>\n\n<h2>Torre Astura: wilder Strand und mittelalterliche Festung<\/h2>\n<p>Nach Anzio und Nettuno, am Rande des milit\u00e4rischen Sperrgebiets, befindet sich in <strong>Torre Astura<\/strong> * ein sch\u00f6ner Pinienwald und ein wilder, oft wenig besuchter Strand, der nach etwa 15 Minuten Fu\u00dfweg vom Parkplatz aus erreichbar ist.<br \/>Hier gibt es eine alte Festung, die von Wasser umsp\u00fclt wird.<\/p>\n<h2>Pontische Ebene und Nationalpark Circeo<\/h2>\n<p>Sehr gro\u00dfe und lange Str\u00e4nde s\u00e4umen die Stra\u00dfe zwischen den S\u00fcmpfen der pontischen Ebene und dem Meer, die Teil des Naturschutzgebiets Circeo sind.<br \/>Der Strand von <strong>Bufalara in Sabaudia *<\/strong> ist eine lange Sandzunge in einer wundersch\u00f6nen, erhaltenen Umgebung mit D\u00fcnen. Bis nach <strong>Torre Paola<\/strong> gibt es sch\u00f6ne, lange Sandstr\u00e4nde.<\/p>\n<p>In <strong>Batteria Punta Rossa<\/strong> *, nahe San Felice Circeo, am Fu\u00df der Klippen des Vorgebirges, haben die felsigen Buchten kristallklares, gr\u00fcnes und smaragdgr\u00fcnes Wasser. Sie geh\u00f6ren zu den sch\u00f6nsten der Region.<\/p>\n<h2>Von San Felice Circeo bis Terracina<\/h2>\n<p>Str\u00e4nde von <strong>San Felice Circeo<\/strong> und dann weiter bis <strong>Terracina<\/strong>. Letztere ist vor allem eine Stadt mit einem bemerkenswerten antiken Erbe, darunter die \u00dcberreste eines Tempels auf dem H\u00fcgel.<\/p>\n<h2>Str\u00e4nde von Sperlonga: Ziel der R\u00f6mer<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Sperlonga<\/strong> ist eines der beliebtesten Reiseziele der R\u00f6mer. Es gibt mehrere sch\u00f6ne Str\u00e4nde, den charmanten Ort und die Villa des Tiberius.<\/p>\n<div class=\"su-note\"  style=\"border-color:#dedbd0;border-radius:3px;-moz-border-radius:3px;-webkit-border-radius:3px;\"><div class=\"su-note-inner su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\" style=\"background-color:#f8f5ea;border-color:#ffffff;color:#333333;border-radius:3px;-moz-border-radius:3px;-webkit-border-radius:3px;\"> Zugang mit dem Zug: 1,5 Stunden mit dem Zug von Roma Termini bis zum Bahnhof Fondi-Sperlonga, dann bringt ein Bus zum Ort oder in der Saison auch zum Strand. <\/div><\/div>\n<h2><br \/>Str\u00e4nde der K\u00fcste zwischen Sperlonga und Gaeta<\/h2>\n<p>Sehr sch\u00f6ner K\u00fcstenabschnitt zwischen <strong>Sperlonga<\/strong> und <strong>Gaeta<\/strong>, mit Str\u00e4nden am Fu\u00df der Klippen von Sperlonga bis Gaeta, darunter der Strand Sant&#8217;Agostino oder der wundersch\u00f6ne <strong>Strand der 300 Stufen *<\/strong> (300 gradini, auch dell&#8217;arenauta genannt). Letzterer tr\u00e4gt seinen Namen zu Recht, da er \u00fcber 300 Treppenstufen erreichbar ist. Er ist kostenpflichtig.<\/p>\n<h2>Gaeta und Formia: Str\u00e4nde und Kulturerbe<\/h2>\n<p>Der <strong>Strand von Serapo<\/strong> ist der sch\u00f6ne Strand von Gaeta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">N\u00d6RDLICH VON OSTIA<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Fregene: Eleganz n\u00f6rdlich von Rom<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Fregene<\/strong> ist bekannt f\u00fcr seinen Chic, mit Villen, die von Pers\u00f6nlichkeiten aus Film und Kultur frequentiert werden, sowie f\u00fcr das \u201eFischerdorf\u201c, das nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg von K\u00fcnstlern geschaffen wurde, den historischen Pinienwald und die WWF-Oasen von Macchiagrande und Maccarese.<\/p>\n<div class=\"su-note\"  style=\"border-color:#dedbd0;border-radius:3px;-moz-border-radius:3px;-webkit-border-radius:3px;\"><div class=\"su-note-inner su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\" style=\"background-color:#f8f5ea;border-color:#ffffff;color:#333333;border-radius:3px;-moz-border-radius:3px;-webkit-border-radius:3px;\">Zugang mit dem Zug: 30 Minuten Zugfahrt von Roma Termini zum Bahnhof Maccarese-Fregene. Dann bringen Cotral-Busse nach Fregene Lungomare. <\/div><\/div>\n<h2><br \/>Torre Flavia: goldener Sand und unber\u00fchrte Natur<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Torre Flavia<\/strong> *, zwischen Ladispoli und Cerveteri, mit klarem Wasser und goldenem Sand rund um einen mittelalterlichen Turm, nahe den S\u00fcmpfen eines gesch\u00fctzten Feuchtgebiets.<\/p>\n<h2>Santa Marinella und Santa Severa<\/h2>\n<p>Mit dem Zug erreichbar, gibt es sch\u00f6ne Str\u00e4nde in <strong>Santa Marinella<\/strong> und Umgebung. Die K\u00fcste wechselt zwischen Sand- und Felsabschnitten. Die Str\u00e4nde sind f\u00fcr ihre Wellen bekannt und viele sind gut ausgestattet mit Bars usw.<\/p>\n<p>Der Strand von <strong>Santa Severa<\/strong> *, nahe Santa Marinella, ist eine sch\u00f6ne Fl\u00e4che aus feinem Sand und klarem Wasser, das die \u00dcberreste eines alten Schlosses und eines antiken etruskischen Hafens von Pyrgi unter Wasser umsp\u00fclt.<\/p>\n<div class=\"su-note\"  style=\"border-color:#dedbd0;border-radius:3px;-moz-border-radius:3px;-webkit-border-radius:3px;\"><div class=\"su-note-inner su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\" style=\"background-color:#f8f5ea;border-color:#ffffff;color:#333333;border-radius:3px;-moz-border-radius:3px;-webkit-border-radius:3px;\">Zugang mit dem Zug: Eine Stunde Zugfahrt von Roma Termini nach den Bahnh\u00f6fen Santa Marinella oder Santa Severa (weniger von Roma Ostiense).
