Diese Region der Albaner Berge besteht aus einem Regionalpark mit zwei Seen, die von W\u00e4ldern umgeben sind, dem <strong>Albano-See<\/strong> und dem <strong>Nemi-See<\/strong>.<br>Die R\u00f6mer kommen am Wochenende oft hierher, um frische Luft zu schnappen, besonders im Sommer, um die K\u00fchle der Seen und die H\u00f6henlage zu genie\u00dfen, die kleinen St\u00e4dte zu erkunden und f\u00fcr viele die lokale Gastronomie zu genie\u00dfen. Diese dreht sich um die <em>Porchetta<\/em> (Spanferkel am Spie\u00df), die als Spezialit\u00e4t gilt, begleitet von K\u00e4se, Wurstwaren und lokalem Wein. Jahrhundert mit ihren italienischen G\u00e4rten.<\/li>\n<li>Die <strong>Abtei San Nilo<\/strong> aus dem 11. Jahrhundert in <strong>Grottaferrata<\/strong>, eines der sch\u00f6nsten religi\u00f6sen Geb\u00e4ude der Castelli, im orthodoxen Ritus.<strong><br><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Die Restaurants von <strong>Genzano di Roma<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Weitere St\u00e4dte sind ebenfalls von Interesse, wie die Ortschaften Rocca Priora, Montecompatri, Rocca di Papa und Genzano di
