It is one of the best Roman trattorias, traditional Roman dishes are rigorously prepared there, such as spaghetti <em>cacio e pepe<\/em>, la <em>pasta alla gricia<\/em>, la <em>saltimbocca<\/em>, lamb chops, beef tail (<em>coda alla vaccinara<\/em>).<br \/>\nThe wines on the menu are also carefully selected.<br \/>\nWarm atmosphere in a wooded setting.
