Se encuentra en primer lugar <strong>Anagni<\/strong>, con su notable conjunto religioso. En Montecassino, la extensa <strong>Abad\u00eda de Montecasino<\/strong> fue fundada por San Benito en el siglo VI y fue escenario de una gran batalla durante la Segunda Guerra Mundial. Al lado, el cementerio polaco recuerda la importante batalla de la Segunda Guerra Mundial, cuando los bombardeos destruyeron la abad\u00eda donde los alemanes se hab\u00edan atrincherado. En las afueras del pueblo se descubren los interesantes restos de la ciudad romana de Cassino.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Parque Natural de los Montes Simbruinos<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Al noroeste, comparte una parte del <strong>Parque Natural de los Montes Simbruinos<\/strong> con la provincia de Roma, donde algunas cumbres superan los 2000 metros, con dos peque\u00f1as estaciones de esqu\u00ed. En el camino de los pasos de monta\u00f1a, en un lugar aislado inmerso en plena naturaleza, se encuentra la <strong>Cartuja de Trisulti<\/strong>, un oasis de paz con bellas piedras y jardines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>La Ciociaria: Pueblos y Patrimonio<\/h3>\n<p>La regi\u00f3n tradicional de la Ciociaria est\u00e1 llena de otros lugares notables, de oeste a este:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ferentino<\/strong> es un pintoresco pueblo de origen romano<\/li>\n<li><strong>Alatri<\/strong> tambi\u00e9n es un bonito pueblo, con una impresionante acr\u00f3polis protegida por notables muros cicl\u00f3peos<\/li>\n<li><strong>Veroli<\/strong> posee un gran centro hist\u00f3rico de origen medieval<\/li>\n<li>Cerca de Veroli, la <strong>Abad\u00eda de Casamari<\/strong> es un bello edificio fundado por los cistercienses en el siglo XI.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sora<\/strong> es la principal ciudad de la Ciociaria alta, cerca del hermoso <strong>Lago de Posta Fibreno<\/strong> y de <strong>Isola del Liri<\/strong>, conocida por su bonita cascada en el centro del pueblo<\/li>\n<li><strong>Arpino<\/strong> conserva su antigua acr\u00f3polis rodeada por bellos muros cicl\u00f3peos, y un encantador centro hist\u00f3rico donde se cruzan restos antiguos<strong><br><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Alvito<\/strong>, con su bella vista, es un pintoresco pueblo cuyas callejuelas ascienden por la ladera hasta el antiguo castillo<\/li>\n<li>En los alrededores se pueden descubrir bonitos pueblos en altura y castillos: el <strong>Castillo de Vicalvi<\/strong>, el pueblo en las estribaciones de los Apeninos de <strong>San Donato Val di Comino<\/strong>, el burgo de <strong>Atina<\/strong>, el castillo de <strong>Roccasecca<\/strong>, el burgo medieval de <strong>Boville Ernica<\/strong>, o el sugestivo <strong>Monte San Giovanni Campano<\/strong> con su hermoso castillo ducal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery
