Es una de las mejores trattorias romanas, en ella se preparan rigurosamente los platos romanos tradicionales, como los espaguetis <em>cacio e pepe<\/em>, la <em>pasta all\u00e1 gricia<\/em>, la <em>saltimbocca<\/em>, las costillas de cordero, la cola de buey (<em>coda alla vaccinara<\/em>).<br \/>\nLos vinos de la carta tambi\u00e9n son cuidadosamente seleccionados.<br \/>\nAmbiente c\u00e1lido en un entorno boscoso.
