Facing the Pantheon, Armando al Pantheon is an iconic family establishment opened since 1961. It is one of the best Roman trattorias, traditional Roman dishes are rigorously prepared there, such as spaghetti cacio e pepe, la pasta alla gricia, la saltimbocca, lamb chops, beef tail (coda alla vaccinara).
