Have a coffee in Rome

Here is a small selection, not exhaustive, of the most famous Roman cafes. Simple beverage in most countries, coffee in Rome and Italy can lend itself to a certain complexity, which can be tasted in various ways: espresso (classic short coffee), lungo (elongated), ristretto (shorter coffee), macchiato (with a cloud of milk), latte (with milk), corretto (watered with alcohol, often grappa).
In addition, coffees often offer other clean preparations, such as accompanying coffee with chocolate and/or ice cream, etc

Next to the classic bar, some pastries, groceries or bakeries also sometimes serve very good coffees or cappuccinos.
